It’s much better to view the works of James Turrell with time lapse video like this one than still images because you get a good sense of his use of light and space for those sublime installations.

If you are lucky and happen to be near one of James Turrell’s installations, I urge you to visit it, and stay a while. You will gain a new understanding of light and space. (via tsparks)
